Saddle Test Ride Program

How The Program Works

• The retail value of the demo will be charged to your payment of choice
• Shipping is paid by Double J via UPS Ground service with a return shipping label inside
• You will have a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 5 days to test ride the saddle once received
• If You Order A Special Saddle From Us, We Will Apply The Entire Demo Amount Toward The Cost Of Your New Saddle, And The Test Ride Is Free!
• Lots of customers decide to KEEP the demo. Please call and let us know within 2 weeks of shipment if you intend to KEEP the demo saddle!
• Upon return, if you don't buy a saddle from Double J, we will issue a refund to original payment method minus $250 for shipping, handling, and processing fees
• If the saddle shows any abuse or excessive wear, you may be subject to an additional fee
• Each additional demo will be subject to shipping fees
• If you wish to continue riding the demo saddle, you will be charged an additional $100 a week while we build your saddle
• You may also contact a local authorized Double J Saddle dealer for the test program and make arrangements for a test ride
