Flex Foundation Technology

All Double J Flex Saddles are built on a specially engineered elastomer foundation, reinforced with fiberglass-reinforced wood pommels and cantles. The unique formulation of the elastomer allows for controlled flexibility, enhancing both horse and rider comfort:

Most flex occurs front to back, allowing natural movement as the saddle sits on the horse.

Minimal side-to-side flex provides stability in the gullet and cantle area.

The design limits gullet width to 6 ½ inches, but we adjust the bar angle in the gullet—the most critical area of saddle fit—to offer a wide range of fitting options.

Available fit options include:
Standard, Wide, X-Wide, and XX-Wide.

Seat sizes range from 12 ½” to 16”.

Our specially engineered Double J fenders provide a full range of leg motion, allowing you to easily set down and move your legs forward with comfort and freedom.
